It may be a really dumb question, but is there a way for you to make your hair healthier even if you straighten it every day?
My ends are like, DESTROYED, and if anything, i would at least like it to look better..
Thanks for your help :DIs there a treatment for really damaged hair to become less damaged?
First off, limit that flatiron!!! Lower the heat...don't wash everyday...use leave in conditioners and other holding products to protect your hair from that extreme heat! Get those ends cut off as well. A good treatment and balance of protein and moisture is StrongSexyHair's Strengthening and Revitalizing treatment. Sleep with it in your hair if necessary and rinse out in the morning. Good luck!

How do you fix extremely chlorine damaged hair?
My daughter has thin fine hair and a lot of it. She loves swimming but if she goes to the local pool her hair gets so damaged by the chlorine that it turns into a matted, knotted mess. Even after using hot oils and conditioners, once rinsed all we had was the knotted mess just the same as when we started and we ended up cutting it all off because we were both at our wits end.How do you fix extremely chlorine damaged hair?

What would you recommend for extremely damaged hair?
my hair has been bleached, flat ironed every day, blow dried, and drowned in all kinds of hair products, so my hair is not very healthy-looking. any miracle products anyone would recommend? What would you recommend for extremely damaged hair?
Get a good cut and then keep trimming regularly. Use either protein RX shampoo from frederic fekkai... www.fredericfekkai.com (you can buy it in john lewis and house of fraser in UK) and kerastase (the moisturising deep conditioner in the white and orange tub). Then use the Kerastase hair serum which comes in a see through fuschia (bright pink) coloured pump bottle - rub two squirts onto the ends and lengths of wet towel dried hair and then smooth one squirt over the ends of dry hair. This is my miracle :)What would you recommend for extremely damaged hair?
No worries, you just need the proper hair care products that will give hair a fantastic healthy balance through chemical treatments and hair styling tools. By caring for your hair properly you can repair and maintain it's health and get rid of dry, damaged and frizzy hair and you will notice a difference from day one! Please take the time to visit my web-store at https://www.infashionsense.com and click on 'HERSTYLER INFO', it will tell you more about HerStyler natural plants-protein and olive oil hair care products and natural minerals hair styling tools and there is a fun video for styling how-to tips. Great hair care products are very economical because you only use a tiny bit so they go a long way! I would recommend daily HerStyler shampoo and conditioner, styling spray, serum (to protect during styling and create smooth, shiny hair) and holds your style through any weather, also i recommend the hair mask for deep conditioning treatment repairing dry, damaged and frizzy hair and maintaining healthy hair (you will know how often you need to use it based on your own hair type). I hope this info is helpful!
The two links below are for two 'miracle' products - both can be bought at sally beauty.
Extreme Anti-Snap by Redken will sort that out. It's a protein and it will help resore the cuticle (the part that got damaged by the coloring and ironing). Use everyday for smoothness and repair- its a miracle worker!!!
It is amzing that you still have hair after doing all that. The best advice for extremely damaged hair is to have it all cut off.
aphogee and co washing
Hot oil treatments :)
use sunsilk it helped my hubbys hair come back pretty.

What type of damaged hair is it, when straight hair turns curly near the neck?
I have naturally straight elbow-length hair, but some of the hairs near the back of the neck get curly and looks kinda weak? Is it really very damaged hair and can it be treated without cutting my hair!!??What type of damaged hair is it, when straight hair turns curly near the neck?
It sounds like dry ends - ';dead'; bits on the ends of your hair.
Use a repairing shampoo/conditioner and then book yourself a hair salon appointment - tell them to cut a fair bit from the ends of your hair. This means you'll lose some of your length, but only an inch or so. Keep up with the trimming and you'll never have to let go of that much hair again(:What type of damaged hair is it, when straight hair turns curly near the neck?
its probably because you sweating....tht will make hair curl

How do I fix my really damaged hair?
I have been straightening my hair everyday for about 4 months.
Its really really curly bi racial hair and it doesnt look good at all when its curly.
I got a lot of it cut off a few months ago so now its even curlier.
I think i want to stop straightening it and try to get it
healthy again.
What should I do?How do I fix my really damaged hair?
The best option would be to cut off your damaged ends and avoid using hot styling tools. Also use a protein based hair mask as well as a good leave it conditioner every time you wash your hair. How do I fix my really damaged hair?
well i never had damage from straightening, but my hair was really, really bad once from over bleaching and dying and i made my own mixture. i bought a bottle of infusium 23 leave in treatment, a bottle of pure vitamin e oil and a spray bottle. i filled the spray bottle over half way with the infusium 23 and filled it the rest of the way with the vitamin e oil. i had to mix it up really well, and every time i used it 'cause the 2 separate. then i sprayed it all over my dry, washed or unwashed hair 'till it was saturated and i brushed it though. i would leave it in overnight and put a shower cap over my hair so i didn't get my pillow all oily. i would leave it in 2, 3 days at a time sometimes, if i wasn't going anywhere important 'cause it makes your hair look really oily. but when i washed it out i used a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and used a serum while it was damp, that's a really good thing to use. like paul mitchell super skinny serum is a really good one. i did this for about a month and every now and then after that and my hair looked SO much better. it was softer, not as frizzy and so much smoother. give it a try, your hair will thank you. good luck!
Conditioner Conditioner Conditioner..
lol
get a leave in conditioner and leave it in for 20 minutes with a shower cap over it..and then wash it out.
do this for about a week or so..
and just get some shampoos for damaged hair..
i know because my hair was fried and I did the leave in conditioner..
it took me about a week and a half..
hope i helped.
Pantene Pro-V has a lot of good shampoos and conditioners for healthy looking hair. I use Full and Thick and it helps to both thicken my hair and it looks completely healthy and feels really soft and smells nice. You should not straightner or curl that much. Do some natural braiding for waves, or blow dry your hair straight. Too much heat can lead to hair loss! I went there. Now i don't use hot water too much in the shower.
Do what I did. Worked like a charm.skin allergy

What do you do with relaxed damaged hair?
So iused a straightening treatment that I bought at the drug store and it was supposed to leave my hair straight and in better condition...it didnt straighten my hair and it didnt leave it in better condition. My hair is severely damaged its very dry,its breaking off what should i do or use to make it better? What do you do with relaxed damaged hair?
Condition Condition Condition...thats all I can say. Use a really good conditioner like biolage conditioning balm leave it in your hair and put a dryer to it for about 15 min to open up the hair shaft to allow it to get in there to moisturize and then rinse. I would do this about 3 times a week. What do you do with relaxed damaged hair?
mayonaise works wonderfully for me. Wet your hair in warm water and apply mayonaise, cap on for 20 mins before shampooing. Try this twice a week and see results in just two weeks!
Well, first of all, be sure to be and take extra care with your hair.
You should condition it daily, be careful not to be too rough with it, pat- towel dry it, when combing it, be extra nice, basically treat it very gently for now, condition it, put in some pantiene three minute hair treatment, and than you wait.
good luck, I feel your pain
I think u should just use conditioner and not blow dry it just et it dry on its own=]
