What do I do about really dry damaged hair?

I tend to straighten my hair a lot and if Its not straightened it gelled and hair sprayed and the chemicals in it dry it out. My hair is naturally a frizzy curly mess, so its impossible for me to wear it natural... What can I do about the dryness? (My straightener is already ceramic and I put protectant spray on my hair before I do it) Do you know any treatments they can do at the hair place to put back the moisture? And what are some good treatments I can buy at the store? What do I do about really dry damaged hair?
Find a product that will eliminate or reduce the frizzyness. I do hot oil treatments with extra virgin olive oil and this does the trick. I also use a product called Wen ( http://www.wenhaircare.com ) and this also significantly reduces my frizz. Flat ironing every day could be making your hair worse. What do I do about really dry damaged hair?
My hair is just like yours and I found out that you need to stay away from certain chemicals in shampoos which dry out frizzy hair. Also, use a hydrating conditioner specifically for curly hair. I use Herbal Essences Curls and Waves conditioner. The trick is to keep curly hair moisturized. Also, use a heat protecting gel on your hair when you straighten it. Good luck with your hair! :)
