I am a very active person, so I sweat a lot, therefore, making me wash and condition my hair every day during the summer. I use Pantene shampoo and conditioner. I also have curly hair, so I use the flat iron at least twice a week. During school, I wash my hair once a week, and use the flat iron every day. I do use an olive oil based lotion on my hair though before I iron my hair. Can someone please give me healthier products and habits for my hair so it can grow longer?How can I make my damaged hair grow longer?
try taking these vitamins called hair skin and nails,
massage your hair roots it wakes up the hair cuticles,
and dont brush your hair after you get out of the shower,
just put it in a towel to dry, and when you take showers use cold water when you wash out the shampoo and conditioner.How can I make my damaged hair grow longer?
The best thing to do so your hair grows longer and is healthier is lay off the iron for a while. it is hard at first I know but try atleast blow drying your hair straight if you really want to or do other things with your hair while it's natural. if you don't use anymore products and no more heat, your hair will be able to take a break and grow faster(:
