What are the best products for damaged hair?

I have very frizzy, big, damaged, crunchy hair. So what are some really good products for me to smooth it all out? What are the best products for damaged hair?
i would wash your hair as little as possible and then when you do use herbal essence shampoo and conditioner get the frizz ease one or hello hydration or both

then wash your hair with just enough shampoo to make some bubbles (about the size of a one pence) and then get a big blob of conditioner and massage right into the scalp and especialy the ends wash out after 3 mins thouroghly now towel dry next buy some tangle free spray i have the kiddies one this works as a conditioner so squirt a lot into your hands and rub it into the hair making the ends almost drenched in the stuff leave for 1 min and the towel dry again finally spray in some heat defence spray this makes your hair shine like a diamond and it will protect your hair from wear and tear if you can go to bed and let your hair dry naturally but if you have to use a hairdryer spray more heat and detangler into your hair and dry. The same applieys to straightening when your hair is dry and/or straightened you must rub more detangler into ends and any dry patches Then style your hair try not to use hairspray gel or mouse because these are hell for your hair and turn it into paper once its styled spray with heat defenceWhat are the best products for damaged hair?
I would just use a shampoo that is especially for dry and damaged hair and see how you get on with that. Or if you straighten your hair a lot then you should maybe stop doing that for a wee while or use a heat protector.
Aphogee products.
