What do you recommend for damaged hair because of ironing?

I flat-iron my hair with my hair straightener, my hair is becoming very thin and weak day after day.

Which products do you recommend to me to keep my hair firm, strong and glossy? What do you recommend for damaged hair because of ironing?
My hair was terriblly dry and brittle due to over straighening untill i used toni and guy heat defence spray not only does it protect your hair but it makes it look shiny and firm from first usage its amazing...

They even have shampoo and conditioner to detox your hair if its in serious need of some help. This item comes in a 200ml bottle and costs just 拢5.49. They have many salons all over the country so you can pop in store and pick some up or browse on their website.

spritz with sleek shine iron protector everyday, before you iron your hair. its a little expensive, but ive hadmy bottle for over a year and its half full and use it everyday. i also flat iron my hair everyday, so it works :)
I heard that Redken usually works well for very damaged hair. I had your exact problem, but I ended up cutting off most of my damaged hair to shoulder length and never ironing it again. That was almost three years ago. I have messy hair days occasionally, but not having burnt hair is always worth it. You could try Pantene Pro-V too, it works pretty well.
Heat and harsh chemicals fry your hair. Sadly, after the damage is done there is not much you can do. Hair is dead.

I am going to tell you a sad story about my hair. I used to have long, naturally wavy, dark locks down to my hips. Then, one day, I decided to abandon my dark hair for blonde. Sadly, after having my hair bleached, much of it just began to break off more and more. I tried many different conditioners, but finally, I just decided to cut it. About a year or so later, my hair is now shoulder length, dark, thick, and itself again.

I am very sorry that this is happening to your hair, because I too know how horrible hair problems can be. My advice to you, is to just let your hair be, stop ironing your hair immediately, and let it grow. It will come back healthy, if you just leave it alone.

Start to use organic shampoos, because the chemicals in regular shampoos are bad for you and your hair. Beauty products are not regulated by the FDA. Abba has some very healthy and organic shampoos and conditioners. I think you will be surprised at how healthy your hair will start to look. They have this lovely cherrybark kind. Also, try using dry shampoo inbetween washings. It isn't healthy to wash your hair everyday. You know, people in Victorian times were very fond of dry shampoo. I do not think I have ever seen a picture of a woman from the Victorian age without a healthy head of hair. It is also a good idea to add vitamins and minerals to your diet, which play a part in creating healthy hair and nails.

John Frieda has some nice glossers, but I think you'll find once you start using organic shampoos and conditioners that you will not really need any other products. Also, if you wash your hair in warm water and then rinse it in cold-- it makes hair shiny. Do not ask me why, I do not understand the science behind it, but it works! Hope that helps.
