What is the best product for damaged hair that i could get at wal-mart?

I have split-ends and somewhat frizzy hair. I don't straighten it, it's mainly from dying it. What are some products i could get to fix the damage? I don't want to have to go to a salon and spend hundereds. I would love something under 10 dollars, like something at Wal-mart. Does anyone have any suggestions? What is the best product for damaged hair that i could get at wal-mart?
Aveeno Moisturizing shampoo and conditioners are wonderful. They are new and cost around six dollars. You should also consider a smoothing serum (every brand makes them almost), and apply it to the ends of your hair to mask the damage. Also it may be helpful if you get the split ends trimmed off so that your hair does not fray all the way up the hair shaft. What is the best product for damaged hair that i could get at wal-mart?
There are lots of shampoos but my fave is Tresme. Its really work and conair brush if you lost your hair grip.
