What type pf shampoo is good for damaged hair?

I straighten my hair alot, susally 5 or more times a week, and I have a lot of breakage and split ends. I use Garnier Fructis sleek and shine shampoo, and it makes my hair really nice and soft, but I still have damage.What type pf shampoo is good for damaged hair?
stay away from pantene! that will damage u more...





dove would probably be ure best best but it will take time, the damage doesnt usually just happens at once, it accumulates over time...so it will take time to fix it


my reccomendation is get the dove shampoo, use it for a whole month (just that one, no others or mixing shampoos)

anyways what i did was i got a haircut (it really helps to get rid of all the damaged hair-or at least most of them as possible, go to a professional and tell them your situation).





then i bought a shampoo brand called 'herbal essences' -ask your hair styliest to recommend one to you





also do you know why you were straightening your hair? like if it was because it was frizzy get a product that makes it less frizzy. i got this thing from the brand Frizz-Ease its really really good.





but if it was because you just like it straight..sorry but i think you will have to accept your hair. unless there is a straightening product i dont know about thats how it is :[
