What's the best conditioner for super damaged hair from bleaching it?

I'm asian, so I have asian hair. I have bleached it wayy too many times to remember.. I've also dyed it and rebleached it a lot. Now my hair is really brittle and splitting like crazy. I've tried tons different kinds of conditioner, but after a while my hair gets dry again. Someone please list some good not too expensive hair treatments? What's the best conditioner for super damaged hair from bleaching it?
Uh, stop bleaching your hair?

Your hair is probably dry because it's damaged beyond repair. Grow it out and stick to mild, herbal formulas in the meantime. (Himalaya Detangler Conditioner is one such, and quite rich too.)What's the best conditioner for super damaged hair from bleaching it?
i'm caucasian but my college roommate was chinese-american and when we bleached her hair the same thing happened to her.

trim the ends to get rid of the oldest and driest hair. we found that the V05 oil treatment one to two times a week did WONDERS and eventually stopped dying it.

try oil treatments and a really moisture rich shampoo and conditioner. also, don't wash it as often, that strips your hair of any oil it might have left protecting it.
pantene relaxed and natural!!!! also, don't wash your hair more than twice a week, stay away from styling products with too much alcohol (hairspray and gel), and you can try using this stuff called DAX lanolin pomade and just regular olive oil in your hair. if you don't like the greasy feeling, just try to leave it in overnight and wash it out.
Personally I don't bleach my hair...but I do have damaged hair. But Schwarzkopf do a Supersoft Coconut Range with shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo does wonders for my hair...so I would recommend you check out the conditioner. It doesn't cost a fortune. 拢1-拢2.

Hope this helps!
USE AN ORGANIC SHAMPOO.
