How to prevent damaged hair when you dye it frequently?

I've dyed my hair about 7 times in the past 3 years. And 2 of those times were this year. Do you think my hair will be fine if i dye it tomorrow and then a little bit later in August? I know this may seem like a stupid question, but i am unbelievably picky about my hair! Thankssss. (:How to prevent damaged hair when you dye it frequently?
You could, but buy a good deep conditioner. Hair masques and deep oil treatments also work wonders on hair that gets dyed alot. I've dyed my hair four times this year (one of them being white blonde) and I use all three whenever I get the chance, and my hair's stayed pretty soft and nice. As long as you use alot of conditioning products, you should be fine.
