Are natural shampoos and conditioners better for damaged hair?

I have really dry, damaged hair and i was wondering what would help out my hair?

Would using organic shampoos that are natural and are sulfrate free be better? Are natural shampoos and conditioners better for damaged hair?
Organic shampoos are very good for your hair, you and the environment. A great resource for organic beauty products is the Organic Beauty Expert Blog.

They recently reviewed RAHUA Shampoo and Conditioner, and it looks like a good one.

A brand that I also like, and use regularly is Avalon Organics. Here is their website

natural doesnt always mean better.

sounds like what you need is a hot oil treatment. you can buy those at wal mart. after you use that, try some different shampoos and conditioners. there are many types for dry hair. its really what works best for you, and you'll need to try a few to find the one that is best for your hair. when you condition, leave it in your hair for a few mintues, dont immediately wash it out.

I saw some good results on you tube.
natural shampoo's are good for damaged hair, but DO NOT use apple shampoo and conditioner because apples contain citric acid and that causes your hair to dry up and can damage it even more :)
I say you use pantene.

That shanpoo is realy good
