It is not very damaged, but it is just a little bit at the ends. And i would like to not get a haircutHow do you fix slightly damaged hair from a straightner?
the only way to get rid of split ends is to chop them off. Sorry! :/ the loner you leave your split ends, the more they grow, meaning the more you have to cut of later on.

To prevent split ends in the future, use a heat protectant spray before you flat iron, use a deep conditioner once a week and use a leave in condioner every day you wash your hair.

there is this fruitees oil stuff that you put on before you straighten your hair. i use it all the time and my hair isnt damaged at all. it works great. so i'd suggest that to you. it also makes your hair shiny, strong, and fixes split ends. but you only use one drop, rub in hands and that should do the trick.
Use a split end treatment shampoo and conditioner or leave in treatments, try using moister enriched treatments and shampoos all these things are really good, you can also use heat oil treatment they work wonders.
