How do i repair my damaged hair?

I used to straighten my hair every day and it got very damaged at the ends. I dont want to get it trimmed yet, because i want to keep it long. Is there any good product out there that will help me??How do i repair my damaged hair?
You need to snip it. I started coloring AND STRAIGHTENING my hair in 5th grade and colored it every other month until 12th grade. Its been almost a year and a half now and I haven't done either. Trim it every 6 weeks and it will grow like crazy. If you don't get it trimmed, the dead end will keep breaking off so it wont grow like you want it to. haha. I hate trimming my hair too.How do i repair my damaged hair?
in target, go to the vo5 styling products section. they have a collection of red bottles. one of them is a clear gel in a small bottle that you use after getting out of the shower. it protects the hair and makes it smooth.

Well.. you can't really repair damaged hair unless you do cut off all the damaged hair. THEN you will have a fresh start.





Your hair won't look so pretty when it's long IF IT IS DAMAGED. It's just not healthy looking,.... lol.





I would get at least a few inches cut off, and start using a GOOD conditioner everyday. Get REGULAR TRIMS. preferably every 2 months....





Olive oil or mayonaise makes your hair smooth and shiny.





But if you want your hair to be healthy.... BEST way is to start fresh. Other things could just make it worse
Get a good trim to get rid of the damaged split ends. Use a good pro shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair.
