i don't know much about that but my step mom gets me a deep conditioner that i leave in for a few minutes and you only have to do it a few times.
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
i think u show almond oil! hope that helps a lot
