The first thing that I recommend you is to cut your hair so you can start from the beginning. starting from the beginning is going to help your hair grow healthier. Use a deep conditioner every week with some placenta. The placenta and conditioner will help your hair root vitality making it stronger, shinier, energetic and more resistant to loss. Salem, 10 in one, Sebastian and emergency are good treatment that will help you solve this problem. I have beautiful long hair and these are some of the treaments I use in my hair. Please try to cup your hair end a least every 3 months. and you will see the results. How do you fix extremely damaged hair?
Use Tresseme Shampoo for Dry and Damaged Hair and use Healthy Sexy Hair conditioner. The stuff REALLY works.
The only way to grow long healthy hair is to cut off the damaged hair. cut it as short as you're comfortable with, then let it grow a little longer and continue to trim/cut until all the damaged hair is gone. I had to do that, and it sucked, but after all the damaged hair was gone, my hair grew FAST and it was shiny, long and gorgeous! Took me about 3 years to grow long healthy hair. if you cant wait, get extensions :P
You need to cut off all damaged hair. If not all at once than cut it as short as you can and continue to cut 1/2 inch a month until all of the damaged hair is off then grow it out. Don't double process it and use good shampoo and conditioner.
Check out if you have split-ends because it will damage your other parts of hair, trim it. For the rest of your damaged hair, try to do treatments and avoid the scalp, because you also have to make sure your scalp is healthy to provide new and healthier hair. Hair spa or hair mask is good for your damaged hair, add extremely silky serum 10cm from the root to end(consider almost all of your hair is damaged). Remember to condition your hair after shampooing. Result can be seen within few weeks if you don't do any serious chemically process for your hair(ex. color, perm, or permanent straightening)

Use a mild shampoo and conditioner, and when you shampoo only lather once. Try not to blow dry your hair, if you can't then let it dry a little first and use a low setting on the dryer.Once a week deep conditioner..sun, wind, swimming pools also damage hair.

Use a leave in conditioner and NEVER brush your hair while it is wet...use a wide tooth comb...please
take care of it :/]
Shave it all off and start over. You'll like the freedom of being bald, and you'll look cute, too!
