What is a perfect solution 2 dry and damaged hair?

I have naturally curly hair but its so thick and i straighten it alot...i hate doing that b/c it damages my hair badly and now i hav alot of split ends...what shud i do to make my hair look healthy when i straighten it?What is a perfect solution 2 dry and damaged hair?

I would recommend a deep conditioner by Aphogee under the dryer and a good haircut. Don't be afraid to cut those dead ends off. Try to let you flat ironed style last as long as you can. Also, if you have the time, try using pure extra virgin olive oil as a hair mask. Rinse really well. That always gets the moisture back! IT WORKS! I am a hairstylist of 8 years!
Redken makes a leave in conditioner called Anti Snap. You can buy it at drugstores and salons. Cut off the split ends first.
