Please Help, I need somthing to repair my hair, somthing to make its shiny and soft.What are some ways to repair dry and damaged hair?
i especially like redken extreme....it comes in dark blue bottles....you can get the shampoo/conditioner and also a leave in treatment....when using the leave in you should put a bad over your hair and a towel to lock in the heat....keep on for as long as you can....you should only have to do this once a week for a while and then about once a month....What are some ways to repair dry and damaged hair?

get a condtioning treatment at a hair salon and start using conditoner after shampooing when washing ur hair taking a shower. sephora and ulta (there beauty cosmetic shops) they have high end products to treat any type of hair. u should visit one of their stores and ask an associate what kind of conditioner would best suit for ur hair.
